Sepp, Franzl and Rosa – three houses, one feeling.

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Schilcherland region, our three lovingly designed holiday homes offer havens of peace, nature, and indulgence. Here, time slows down, the birds sing more loudly, and everyday life is left far below in the valley. Our motto is "Far from the hustle and bustle, slow down." The three chalets are grouped around the infinity pool – each one unique.

• Sepp, with its own fenced garden – perfect for romantics and dog lovers.
• Pink, stylish and quiet, offering moments of togetherness with a view.
• Franz, spacious over two floors, for couples or small families.

All houses have a private Swiss pine sauna with views of the vast Schilcherland region. The old wine cellar with its natural wine shop, the pool, and the barbecue area invite guests to enjoy themselves together.

Hiking and cycling trails begin right outside the door, and the Schloss Frauenthal golf club is just minutes away. Those who wish can explore the four wine routes of Southern Styria or, in winter, enjoy cross-country skiing, ski touring, and the tranquility of the snow in the surrounding area.
