We process your email address and IP address and cookies are stored on your browser for 13 months. This data is only processed by us and our web hosting platform.


META PIXEL


This website uses the meta pixel from Meta/Facebook. The pixel consists of JavaScript code that contains various functions to record user actions if you have reached this website via meta ads. For example, if you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook pixel is activated and saves your actions in one or more cookies. These cookies enable Facebook to compare your user data (such as IP address, user ID) with the information in your Facebook account. This data is then deleted by Facebook. The data collected is anonymized by us and is not visible to us. It is used exclusively in the context of advertisements. If you are logged in to Facebook, your visit to our website is automatically linked to your Facebook user account.


NEWSLETTER


If you have expressly consented (Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR), we will use your email address to regularly send you a newsletter. If you subscribe to the newsletter, this is regulated via the double opt-in procedure. Your data will be transmitted to MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA). The following data is stored by MailChimp: name, email address, time and IP address of the opt-in, time and IP address of the confirmation (double opt-in), geographical data (to determine where in the world the subscribers are located), time zone (used to send at a certain predetermined time), and your preferences (selection of which information you would like to receive from me).

The relationship with the newsletter provider is based on the "Privacy Shield" (USA). A contract for order data processing has been concluded. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and Letter f (legitimate interest) GDPR.
