Do you still have questions?

We have some initial answers here…

Our refuge “Am Wildbachberg” consists of three private holiday homes, “Rosa” (45 m²) and “Franzl” (75 m²) and “Sepp” (55 m²), which are positioned around a shared pool with a view of the Wolfgangi Church.

Each house is a self-contained unit, has its own kitchen, terrace and private sauna. The “Sepp” also has a fenced garden.

All of our houses have at least one private terrace and each retreat has its own private sauna. In the Sepp holiday home you can also enjoy your own fenced garden. The 300-year-old wine cellar with natural wine vinotheque, the stainless steel infinity pool and the barbecue area can be used together with the guests of the neighboring retreats.

Our refuges are designed more for adults because peace and nature are the main focus and we do not offer a playground or anything similar. But of course children are also very welcome. Of our houses, the "Franzl" is the best suited for this with 75 m². Here, 1-2 small children can stay in an extra room next to the parents' bedroom (fold-away bed measuring 160×200).

The smaller holiday home Rosa (45 m²) offers a double bed for two people, and an extra bed or cot for a small child can be set up on request.

There is no extra charge for breakfast for children up to 15 years old!

The breakfast box is placed in front of the door of your refuge every morning and contains fresh, home-baked bread and pastries, butter, jam, cold cuts, spreads, vegetables and fruit. We are happy to take your vegetarian or vegan wishes into account.

Breakfast for 2 people is already included in our overnight price. In Haus Franzl, which also has room for 2 children, breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years is already included in the price.

We would be happy to bring you a Buschenschank snack or a baked chicken in a bed of hay directly to your holiday home. And we would also be happy to provide you with a list of telephone numbers of restaurants in the neighbourhood where you can also order a snack or dinner yourself.

Yes! To be honest: We are still working on the logic of our booking system 🙂 In this case, please contact us by phone or email so that we can process your request.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog. One dog is allowed in each of our holiday homes Franzl and Sepp. The “Sepp” even has a fenced garden where your dog can move around freely. Dogs must be on a leash in the public areas of our grounds (pool, wine cellar, barbecue area).

We reserve the right to charge your four-legged friend EUR 15 per day per stay. Your dog will be provided with a water and food bowl, poop bags and, if required, a dog bed.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring a dog to the “Rosa”; this is intended to remain dog-free for allergy sufferers.

Salt & pepper, sugar, coffee capsules and tea are already available in your small, fully equipped kitchen.

In the bathroom you will find: bathrobes and slippers, hand towels, bath and sauna towels, hairdryer, shower gel/shampoo and body cream “Nature” from pure green, bath salts for the bathtub and natural sauna oils for your sauna enjoyment.

On the day of arrival you can move into your holiday retreat from 3 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your holiday home by 10 a.m.

If you cancel your booked holiday stay at “Am Wildbachberg”, we will try our best to rent your holiday home to someone else.

If this is not possible, the following cancellation conditions apply, which are also defined in the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions:

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
  • 30 days to 11 days before arrival we charge 70 %
  • 10 days to 1 day before arrival 90 % will be charged
  • On the day of arrival or in case of early departure, 100 %, i.e. the total amount, will be charged.
